Are Postcards Acceptable?

Postcards of today are much more than a “destination communication.” They’re wonderful to keep on hand for your more informal notes.

Once considered too lightweight to carry official words of thanks, we say if it’s stylish enough and carries the right message and tone, feel free to use a postcard to say everything from “happy birthday” to “thanks for dinner.”

Just remember to use a regular stamp for any postcard larger than 6″ wide or 4 1/4″ high. Otherwise, standard postcard rates are 27 cents per card.
